Retreat and Workshop

Fee, terms and cancellation

We can plan Wellness Retreats and/or Workshops as an addition to your existing programme.

We also can plan whole Wellness Retreats and/or Workshops.

Fees depends on activities, length of the event and location.

Upon a final agreement for the Wellness Retreats or the Workshop, an invoice for the total agreed cost will be issued and payable within 30 days.

In the event the client wishes to cancel or postpone the Wellness Retreats and/or Workshops event after agreement before 60 days prior to the start time the client may be subject to an administration charge up to 20%. Transportation and/or accommodation if they have been paid or have to be paid (as a matter of contract or law) will be recoverable from the client.
Full cancellation or postpone of the Wellness Retreats and/or Workshops less than 60 days but more than 15 days prior to the start time will be subject to an administration charge up to 50%. Transportation and/or accommodation if they have been paid or have to be paid (as a matter of contract or law) will be recoverable from the client.
Full cancellation of the Wellness Retreats and/or Workshops with no rearrangement less than 15 days prior to the start time will be charged at the full cost (including transportation and accommodation charges) with no refund.
