Ace is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainer accredited by the Yoga Alliance professionals UK.
Ace also holds a pilates certification, including therapeutic techniques for correcting posture issues and he often mixes that extra knowledge into his yoga teaching.

Sonia Perez-Baeza
Yoga Teacher and Level 3 Pilates teacher. She is a DRU Yoga Meditation Teacher and enjoys sequencing classes incorporating pranayama, vinyasa, yin and restorative phases to suit the participants in the class.

Kirsty Hayward
Yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa, Hatha, Anusara restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
She enjoys supporting students to discover the calm and joy that available through yoga.
