Weekly Ongoing Classes

Fee, terms and cancelation

We understand that not every workplace has a gym floor, or a large space for yoga mats. Our yoga teachers are capable and versatile and ready to run ongoing yoga classes in various types of location and spaces for example at a hall, lounge, corridor or at a work station desk.

FEE

Starts at £75 per session (45-60 minutes per session).
If your location is more than 5 miles from the yoga teacher, there will be extra fee for travelling.

TERMS

A Minimum 6 month contract and agreement must be finalised for Ongoing Classes before the first class starts.
Monthly Invoice will be issued and payment must be paid before 15 days before the class will be held.
a maximum class of 15 attendances.
If the yoga teacher is unavailable we will ensure that they will be replaced by another yoga teacher.

cancellation

Cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full cost unless there is a mutual agreement in writing between yourself and yoga teacher.
Ace Pittapan - head yoga teacher cannot be held responsible for a particular class or yoga teacher becoming unavailable. If the yoga teacher is unavailable we will ensure that they will be replaced by another yoga teacher.
If the session cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We will issue a credit for the cancelled class which will be rescheduled.
